2. What we collect

Contact form. Your name, email address, organization if given, and your message. We use this to reply to your message and to discuss working together. Lawful basis: legitimate interests; or steps before a contract, where you ask about our services.

Site analytics. Pages viewed, referring site, device type, and approximate country. We use this to understand how the site is used. This is not personal data (see section 8).

We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not send it.


3. What we do not do

  • We do not sell your personal data.

  • We do not use your data for advertising.

  • We do not add you to a mailing list.


4. Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the site and our email. They process data only on our instructions:

  • Framer B.V., which hosts this site and its forms

  • Microsoft, which provides our email (Microsoft 365, purchased through GoDaddy)

We may also share data where the law requires it.


5. Where it is stored

Contact form submissions are stored in Framer and sent to our email inbox.

Some providers may store data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or approved safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.


6. How long we keep it

We keep contact details for up to 2 years after our last contact with you, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as the law requires.


7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you

  • correct it

  • have it deleted

  • restrict or object to how we use it

  • receive it in a portable format

  • withdraw consent at any time

8. Cookies and analytics

This site uses Framer Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
